Hunter Moon Workshop

Why do we need healing everyday? Fun fact: due to cell turnover our bodies are in constant states of renewal. Yet, our environments often stress much more than just our physical bodies. We need self-care everyday to aid our minds and spirits. This is why Alex and I are offering monthly wellness workshops. Using the moon as our guide we’ve decided to weave together mental health, meditation (brain training), gentle yoga, and reflective generative writing exercises. We want to give you time and space to heal mind, body, spirit, and hold positive space. ✨
